Refund and Returns Policy for Cloud Services
1. General Policy
All sales of cloud services are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchased cloud services, including but not limited to, virtual machines, storage, and network resources. This policy applies to all subscriptions, whether monthly, yearly, or on-demand.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your services will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your data and services will be subject to our data retention policy, which is outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. Exceptions
We may consider a refund in rare cases of billing errors. If you believe there has been a billing error on your account, you must contact our billing support team within 30 days of the charge. All billing disputes are subject to our review and discretion.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
Our commitment to service availability is outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). If our service fails to meet the guaranteed uptime as specified in the SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. These credits are not monetary refunds but are applied to future invoices.
